Cleo A.i’s new office, designed by Thirdway Interiors, takes a hospitality-led approach to workplace design, blending comfort, flexibility and visual warmth. Rather than a conventional corporate fit-out, the space feels more like a carefully considered hotel environment, with a calm palette, layered textures and a variety of settings that support different modes of work.

The office is arranged to encourage movement between focused and collaborative spaces. Open-plan desks, single workstations, booths for private calls, bench seating for group work and a boardroom all sit within one cohesive interior, giving staff freedom to choose the right setting for the task at hand. Fluid Furniture supplied the Hush office pods which add another layer of acoustic privacy and reinforce the project’s emphasis on adaptable working.

What stands out most is the way the design balances function with atmosphere. Soft furnishings, warm timber finishes and muted tones create a relaxed feel, while glazing, lighting and carefully framed views help maintain openness and connectivity across the floorplate. The result is a workplace that feels inviting and considered, with the flexibility expected of a modern office and the comfort usually associated with hospitality interiors.
