Harcourt Gardens is an apartment building in Phase 4 of the South Quay Plaza development on the Isle of Dogs, Canary Wharf.
The 56-storey apartment building designed by Foster + Partners contains 396 new homes with 3 external and internal amenity levels, ensuring all residents are never more than 9 stories from an amenity level. These include co-working spaces, a spa and a gym (on level 18), a communal terrace and at level 55, a communal sky-garden.
South Quay Plaza Phase 4 is part of a larger development that aims to create a vibrant, mixed-use space in the Canary Wharf area, combining residential units with retail spaces and significant public realm improvements.
D2E developed both the vertical transportation and facade access strategies for Berkeley Homes’ Harcourt Gardens, covering all stages from RIBA Stage 2 to 7, including comprehensive onsite project and quality assurance.
