One Crown Place is a mixed-use development in London, England, that comprises 246 apartments, a boutique hotel, a members’ club, offices, and retail space. The development is located in the Old Street area of the City of London, close to Shoreditch and Clerkenwell.

One Crown Place was designed by KPF, an international architecture firm. The design of the development is a blend of old and new. The Georgian terraces on Sun Street have been restored and now house the boutique hotel and members’ club. The two new residential towers are designed to complement the Georgian terraces, with a modern yet elegant aesthetic.

The members’ club at One Crown Place is a private club for residents and their guests. The club has facilities, including a swimming pool, a gym, a library, and a private dining room.

Offices

The offices at One Crown Place are located in the retained warehouse facade on Earl Street. The offices are designed to be creative and collaborative workspaces.
