OSIT – Monopoly

Sam Kopsch Studio (SKS) has a habit of revolutionising corporate design with a playful, Monopoly-themed office interior that transforms traditional workspace concepts into an immersive, vibrant experience. This is for Office Space in Town in New Broad Street, London.

The centerpiece of the design is a board room resembling a massive bank vault, complete with an oversized ‘metallic’ door that evokes the game’s iconic property trading atmosphere. Strategic use of bold, saturated colors lays reference to the classic Monopoly board’s color palette.

A hidden room featuring a pool table adds an unexpected element of surprise, tucked away like a secret property card. Attached to the ceiling of another workspace, custom dice create a whimsical architectural element, symbolizing the element of chance fundamental to both the game and business innovation.

The design brilliantly balances professional functionality with imaginative aesthetics, proving that corporate spaces can be both productive and playful. SKS Studio has demonstrated that office design can be a powerful tool for inspiring creativity and fostering a dynamic work environment.
