Marylebone Place

The recently completed refurbishment of Marylebone Place by Fletcher Priest Architects – By retaining 85% of the existing structure allowed for a reduced schedule on-site and reduced disruption to the surrounding neighborhood. Additionally, the refurbishment approach significantly lowered the embodied carbon footprint of the project. Fletcher Priest’s design preserved the building’s distinctive art deco facade while updating the interiors to create a modern, mixed-use development featuring office space and residential units.
