Sustainable Construction

It isn’t just about achieving net zero carbon status in operation; sustainability is woven into the very fabric of the building. Designed for efficiency, the building utilizes a platform design for manufacturing and assembly (DfMA). This method, sometimes referred to as a “kit of parts” approach, involves prefabricating components off-site, minimizing on-site waste and construction time.

Structural Engineering Marvel

The innovative design extends to the building’s structure. Specific details about the structural engineer aren’t publicly available, but it’s evident that advanced engineering practices were employed to achieve net zero carbon status. The building is all-electric, powered by renewable energy sources, including rooftop solar panels. Additionally, a significant green roof contributes to biodiversity in the urban environment.
